Location sans bail ? mes droits ? Je suis locataire d'une maison ! le premier bail de 6 mois a expiré et le propriétaire et moi avons convenu d'un bail oral.
La maison est en vente ! quelle est ma situation de locataire vis-à-vis de mon propriétaire actuel et celui éventuel ? Je paie régulièrement mes loyers et charges locatives.

Le bail oral est tout a fait possible, et ne vous met absolument pas hors la loi.

Maintenant la maison est en vente, alors le propriétaire actuel, ou le nouveau propriétaire, pourront vous demander de quitter ce logement, mais pas oralement, il faudra que vous réceptionnez une LR+AC au moins 6 mois avant la date à laquelle ce logement doit être restitué. A ce moment un état des lieux de sortie écrit sera très conseillé, parce qu'actuellement, comme il n'y a probablement pas eu d'état des lieux d'entrée, cela signifie que ce logement était en bon état.
Maintenant si c'est le propriéaire actuel qui vous demande de quitter ce logement, il faut que vous sachiez qu'il doit vous laisser la priorité pour acheter cette maison au prix convenu par lui, et que si vous refusez ou ne donnez pas suite dans les 2 mois, à ce moment seulement cette maison pourra être vendu à une autre personne.
