C'est là qu'on voit que les agents immobiliers sont totalement hors-la-loi (n'est-ce pas Céline qui travaille en agence, dont c'est le métier et qui nous avoue publiquement ne pas respecter la loi, presque s'en vante) : il est INTERDIT de refuser un garant sous prétexte qu'il vit hors de France (c'est de la discrimination, un délit, qui amène en correctionnelle quand on se fait piquer)
Article 22-1 de la loi de 89
Lorsqu'un cautionnement pour les sommes dont le locataire serait débiteur dans le cadre d'un contrat de location conclu en application du présent titre est exigé par le bailleur, celui-ci ne peut refuser la caution présentée au motif qu'elle ne possède pas la nationalité française ou qu'elle ne réside pas sur le territoire métropolitain.
Si on vous refuse une caution au prétexte qu'elle ne vit pas en France, vous devez porter plainte avec constitution de partie civile contre l'agence ou le bailleur. N'hésitez pas à vous faire aider par une association.
